Diffuse alopecia areata after COVID-19 vaccine treated with baricitinib: a case report

Abstract: We report a patient with diffuse alopecia areata after COVID-19 vaccination who successfully treated with baratinib 4 mg daily. After 6 months of treatment, the drug was stopped, and the white hair turned to black hair 1 month after the drug was stopped. The patient was followed up for 10 months after drug withdrawal, and there was no recurrence.
