Abstract

Abstract: The survival and medical treatment status of cured leprosy survivors in 5 leprosarium in Guangyuan were analyzed. And the problems such as inconvenient transportation, large proportion of government investment and small number of professional prevention and control personnel were found. We tried to integrate leprosy control resources to solve the problems. At present, 5 cured leprosy survivors from 2 leprosarium were integrated into the management of nursing homes, and the pilot operation was in good condition. Therefore, it is a new direction for leprosy control in Guangyuan to carry out precise assistance and care, and integrate leprosarium into nursing homes according to local conditions.
