Clinical characteristics analysis of 32 patients with cutaneous melanoma

Abstract: The data of 32 patients with cutaneous melanoma in the dermatology department of our hospital from January 2017 to May 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of male was 1.46 times than that of female. The average age of onset was (69.13±15.95) years old, and the median age of onset was 66 years old. All patients underwent sentinel lymph node biopsy, and 4 cases of lymph node metastasis occurred in patients with tumor > 3 cm. The positive expression rates of SOX10, S-100 protein, Melan A and HMB45 were more than 90%. The positive rates of Ki67 and Cyclin D1 were 87.50% and 78.13%, respectively. Ki67 expression level>5 % accounted for 87.50%.
