The peripheral blood HIV antibody was positive . Pharyngeal swabs, rash swabs and anal swabs and other specimens were positive for monkeypox virus PCR test. The biopsy characteristics were consistent, which revealed piece-meal necrosis in local epidermal whole layer and superficial dermis, and the cells surrounding necrosis were odema and balloon changes, with many neutrophile granulocyte and nuclear dust. There were many infiltration of lymphocytes, neutrophile granulocyte and eosinophils in the dermis.
