Abstract: Hailey-Hailey disease is an autoimmune bullous disease that is prone to recurrence. Treatment is somewhat difficult and treatment methods include topical therapy, systemic treatment, physical therapy and surgical treatment. Systemic therapy includes oral traditional immunosuppressive drugs, retinoids, antibiotics, glucocorticoid, etc. Physical therapy techniques such as light therapy, surgical therapy, photodynamic therapy, laser, radiofrequency surgery, etc. The use of biologic therapy such as dupilumab and small molecule drugs such as JAK inhibitors and the PDE-4 inhibitors had also been reported which has achieved good efficacy. This paper reviews the treatment methods.
