Abstract: Clear cell papulosis is a hypopigmentary skin disease that typically affects individuals at a young age and dose not necessitate any special treatment. Herein, we report a 3-year-old girl presented with scattered white macules on the lower abdomen for more than 2 years, which increased for 1 week. Histopathological examination showed mild thickening of the stratum spinosum, with decreased pigmentation in the basal layer and several clear cells scattered throughout. Immunohistochemistry examination showed positive for CEA, EMA, and CK-7, while negative for S-100 and Melan-A. No treatment was given, and all the rashes of the child subsided spontaneously after 3-year follow-up.
