Follicular mycosis fungoides and dermoscopic manifestations in a child: a case report

Abstract: A 12-year-old girl presented with broad bean red papules on her neck and occasional pruritus for 5 years. Dermatology showed her neck area lessions were dry and mild lichenification, with densely distributed flesh-colored or pale red follicular papules on the basis of a reddish-brown spot, some had fusions. There were dry lessions with fine furfur-like gray or brown scales on the right loin. Combined with clinical manifestations, pathological and dermoscopy examination, the diagnosis of folliculotropic mycosis fungoides was made.
