Cutaneous mycosis fungoides presenting as progressive pigmented purpuric dermatosis: a case report and literature review

Abstract: Mycosis fungoides presenting as progressive pigmented purpuric dermatosis is a rare subtype of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma with characteristic clinical, dermatoscopic, pathological and immunohistochemical manifestations. A case of cutaneous mycosis fungoides presenting as progressive pigmented purpuric dermatosis was reported and related literature was reviewed in this paper.
