Granulomatous mycosis fungoides: two cases report and literature review

Abstract: Two cases of granulomatous mycosis fungoides with local infiltrating plaques are reported and the literature is reviewed. The two patients presented with erythema and plaques. Histological examination showed infiltration of lymphoid cells and giant cells. Immunohistochemistry showed CD2, CD3, CD5 and CD7 were positive in the first patient, who was treated with oral acitretin A and local superficial X-ray radiotherapy, and CD2, CD3, CD4 and CD68 were positive in the second patient, who was treated with acitretin A and ultraviolet A1.
