儿童色素减退型蕈样肉芽肿一例

Abstract

Abstract: A 5-year-old girl presented with hypopigmented patches all over the body and scattered erythemas for 1 year. The histopathological included epidermal atrophy slightly, lymphocytes presented within the epidermis, and infiltration of lymphocytes in papillary dermis. Immunohistochemistry exhibited that the infiltrating cells were positive for CD3、CD8、CD4 (a few)、Ki-67（10%）, and negative for CD20. The diagnosis of childhood hypopigmented mycosis fungoides was made.
