Abstract: Objective: To analyze the dermoscopy and reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM)features of extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD). Methods: The dermoscopy and RCM images data of 16 EMPD who identified by histopathology were analyzed. Results: The low refractive large and round paget cells scattered or nest in the epidermis under RCM and the milky red background, bright white structureless dotted-globular vessels under dermoscopy were in all 16 patients. Conclusion: All EMPD patients have common features under dermoscopy and RCM in this study, so dermoscopy and RCM could be a useful tool for used as a tool for diagnosis and follow up of EMPD.
