Dermoscopy features of Bowen's disease

Abstract: The dermoscopic features of 28 lesions in 28 patients with Bowen's disease who underwent dermatoscopy and histopathological examination in our hospital from August 2018 to December 2019 were collected and analyzed. The result showed the most common dermoscopy images were unstructured areas (20 lesions, 71.43%) and point or linear glomeruloid vessels (19 lesions, 67.86%), followed by scabs (14 lesions,50%), scales (10 lesons, 35.71%), dotted globular vessels (7 lesions, 25%), radial streaks coexisted with pigmentary spots or spherical structure (6 lesions, 21.43%) glomeruloid vessels coexisted with point or bulbous vessels (2 lesions, 7.14%), follicular plug (1 lesion, 3.57%).
