Abstract: The clinical data of 20 cases of atypical scabies confirmed by dermatoscopy in our hospital from December 2018 to August 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. Of 20 patients, 9 were misdiagnosed as eczema, 1 as prurigo nodularis, 1 as artificial dermatitis, 3 as urticaria, 2 as pruritus, 2 as papulopapular urticaria, 1 as folliculitis and 1 as psoriasis. The typical scabies structures were observed under dermoscopy including white tunnels and small brown or dark brown triangular structures at the ends.
