Abstract: Rosette sign and spermatozoa-like vessels are rare under dermoscopy, which are usually recognized as the specific features of early-stage mushroom granuloma. We reported a patient with scar after injury and the rosette sign and spermatozoa-like vessels were seen under dermoscopy. Therefore rosette sign and spermatozoa-like vessels may not be the specific features of early-stage mushroom granuloma.
