Abstract: Reports on oral isotretinoin in the treatment of sebaceous hyperplasia are limited. Herein, we report a case of multiple facial sebaceous hyperplasia treated with low-dose isotretinoin capsules (0.4 mg/kg·d). After 8 weeks of treatment, the facial lesions showed significant improvement, with only mild cheilitis observed as an adverse reaction. This suggests that oral isotretinoin capsules represent an effective and relatively safe systemic therapeutic option for patients with multiple sebaceous hyperplasia.
