Abstract: We report the therapeutic experience of a multiple pyogenic granulomas patient. A 19-year-old male patient presented with multiple dark red papules and nodules behind the right ear for more than 4 months. He visited a local hospital for an unknown diagnosis and underwent surgical resection. More than 3 months later, the disease recurred and was referred to the dermatology department of our hospital. The diagnosis of multiple pyogenic granulomas was made according to the skin lesions and pathological features. The patient was treated with high-frequency electrocautery. After recovery, a minimal amount of scar tissue was noted at the local site, and no recurrence was observed during the 1-year follow-up.
