Abstract: A 60-year-old male patient presented with erythematous, papules, ulcers on hips and groin over 7 months. The patient visited our clinic by many times and was misdiagnosed as eczema, infections eczematoid dermatitis and skin ulcer with poor therapeutic effect. Then the patient was hospitalized, the histological examination showed epithelioid cell granuloma and caseous necrosis and PPD tests and TSPOT test were both positive.  Diagnosis was confirmed as bacterial infection secondary to tuberculosis verrucosa cutis. Isoniazid, rifampicin and ethambutol hydrochloridel were given for 1 month, and the lesion was cured obviously.
