Update of factors related to pemphigus relapse

Abstract: Pemphigus is a life-threatening chronic autoimmune blistering disease, and glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents are common treatment. With the use of rituximab (RTX), there has been a significant improvement in the remission rate of pemphigus. However, relapses remain common due to various influencing factors and seriously affect the quality of patients. The latest research on factors associated with pemphigus relapse are reviewed in this paper provides.
