摘要： 目的：检测PD-L1在皮肤鳞状细胞癌（cSCC）及角化棘皮瘤（KA）中的表达,分析PD-L1与cSCC分化程度的相关性。方法：免疫组化染色检测PD-L1在cSCC及KA中表达水平。结果：共检测56例cSCC患者和32例KA患者标本，PD-L1在cSCC组和KA组中的阳性率分别为66.07%和62.50%，均显著高于正常对照组（9.38%）（Ps＜0.01）。PD-L1阳性率在cSCC与KA组的差异没有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。PD-L1的表达强度与cSCC的分化程度呈负相关（P＜0.05）。结论：PD-L1不能作为区分cSCC与KA的指标。PD-L1的表达强度与cSCC分化程度呈负相关。

Abstract: Objective: To detect the level of PD-L1 in the patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) and keratoacanthoma (KA), and to analyze the correlation between PD-L1 and the differentiation of cSCC. Methods: The expression level of PD-L1 in the lesions of cSCC and KA was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results: Fifty-six patients with cSCC and 32 patients with KA were collected. The positivity rates of PD-L1 in cSCC patients were 66.07% and 62.50% in KA patients, which was significantly higher than that in controls (9.38%) (Ps<0.01). There was no significant difference in the positivity rate of PD-L1 between cSCC and KA patients (P>0.05). The level of PD-L1 was negatively correlated with the differentiation degree of cSCC (P<0.05). Conclusion: PD-L1 may not be a useful indicator for the differnece between cSCC and KA. The level of PD-L1 was negatively correlated with the differentiation degree of cSCC.
