摘要: 伊曲康唑是一种临床广泛使用的三唑类抗真菌药,近年来越来越多的研究发现,其具有抑制肿瘤血管及淋巴管生成的作用,现将抗肿瘤血管生成作用的研究进展综述如下。

Abstract: Itraconazole (ITZ) is a widely used triazole antifungal drug. The inhibitory effect of itraconazole on microvascular and lymphatic tumour cells angiogenesis has widely been reported in recent years. The update of itraconazole on anti-tumor angiogenesis is presented in this article.
