结节性皮肤狼疮黏蛋白病二例并文献复习

Nodular cutaneous lupus mucinosis: two cases report and literature review

摘要： 报告二例结节性皮肤狼疮黏蛋白病并对相关文献进行复习。病例1，男，42岁。面部、胸背部皮肤斑块结节2年；病例2，男，32岁。面部、胸背部、双上肢红色斑块、结节2个月。皮肤组织病理均示真皮胶原纤维间存在弥漫性分布的黏蛋白；抗核抗体（ANA）均为阳性；诊断为结节性皮肤狼疮黏蛋白病（NCLM）。

Abstract: Two patients with nodular cutaneous lupus mucinosis（NCLM）were reported and the relevant literature was reviewed. Patient one was a 42-year-old male, who presented with erythema and nodule lesions on his face, chest and back for 2 years. Patient two was a 32-year-old male, who presented with nodules and plaque on his face, chest, back and upper limbs for 2 months. Histopathologic examine showed a diffuse deposition of mucin between collagen bundles of dermis. Antinuclear antibodies were positive in the two patients. The diagnosis of nodular cutaneous lupus mucinosis (NCLM) was made.
