摘要： 黄褐斑是发生在面部的对称性黄褐色色素沉着性皮肤病，中青年女性好发,黄褐斑病因受多种因素影响，发病机制复杂，治疗方法多样，本文对近年来黄褐斑病因、发病机制及治疗研究最新进展进行综述。

关键词: 黄褐斑, 黑素细胞, 细胞因子, 酪氨酸酶, 激光治疗

Abstract: The feature of melasma is symmetry brown pigmentation on the face and often occurred in young female. The onset and development of melasma are affected by many factors, the pathogenesis is complex and there are many kinds of treatments. The update of the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment in recent years were reviewed in this paper.
