Unilateral eyelid lupus tumidus: report of three cases

Abstract: Three cases with unilateral eyelid lupus tumidus are reported. Patients were middle-aged women who had infiltration erythema and edema on unilateral eyelid as the only manifestation. Pathological examination of lesions showed perivascular lymphocyte cell infiltration in deep and superficial layer of derma. Mucins deposition were found between some collagen fibers.
