Abstract: The common adverse reactions of UVB in the treatment of vitiligo include mild itching, erythema and phototoxic reaction. There was no report of seborrheic keratosis induced by NB-UVB due to treatment of vitiligo. We report a 13-year-old girl with white spot on the flexion of right lower extremity, who appeared dark brown macules on white spot after 31 times of NB-UVB irradiation. The biopsy features of brown patches were in accordance with seborrheic keratosis.
