Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fractional CO2 laser combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods: The studies of fractional CO2 laser combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo in Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, Wanfang, CNKI, and VIP database were searched. Meta-analysis was carried out by Revman 5.3 software. Results: Thirteen clinical randomized controlled studies were found, including 1014 lesions in the experimental group and 1005 lesions in the control group. The total effective rate and significant effective rate in the combined group were higher than those in the group treated with 308nm excimer laser alone, with significant differences. There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion: The efficacy of fractional CO2 laser combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo is more effective than 308 nm excimer laser alone and there was no significant difference of adverse reactions.
