Abstract: Objective: To analyze the association between psoriatic arthritis and HLA alleles. Methods: The case-control studies on the association between psoriatic arthritis and HLA alleles were searched in PubMed, ISI, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Database from 1 Jan 1972 to 1 Jul 2019. The risk bias of included researches was assessed and meta-analysis was performed. The allele was recognized as protective allele when OR≤0.8, as risk allele when OR≥1.2 and as no association when 0.8<OR<1.2. Results: A total of 20 studies were analyzed, including 2686 patients, 2739 controls and 158 HLA alleles. Of 158 HLA alleles, 60 were associated with psoriatic arthritis, including 32 protective alleles, 31 risk alleles and 3 repeated alleles among protective alleles and risk alleles. Conclusion: Of 158 HLA alleles, 60 were associated with psoriatic arthritis.
