Abstract: The data of 10 patients with verrucous venous malformation (VVM) in our hospital and other cases reported in “CNKI” and “PubMed” from 2000-2022 was analyzed.  One hundred and seventy nine patients diagnosed with VVM were analyzed. There were 97 males and 82 females, with ages ranging from 5 months to 79 years old. The lesions were mostly located on lower limbs (118/179, 64.84%) followed by upper limbs and trunks. Surgery is the preferred method for the treatment of VVM, 97 patients were treated with surgery, 5 of which subsequently experienced reoccurrence. Other treatments included laser therapy, cryotherapy, electrocoagulation, systemic glucocorticoid, sirolimus, follow-up observation, etc.
