Abstract: Monoclonal gammopathy is a very rare disorder with the presence of excessive myeloma protein, caused by the aberrant clone of plasma cells or B cells. The disease has deleterious effects on the body, including the damage of liver, kidney or nerve systems and skin changes. The early diagnosis and timely treatment, thus, may contribute to the disease control and prognosis. However, the skin lesions in this disorder are lack of characteristics which can be easily neglected by doctors. Therefore, this paper reviews the skin manifestations of the disease to bring certain clues for clinicians to diagnose and treat.
