Update of PTTG1 and its binding factor PBF in dermatology

Abstract: Pituitary transforming gene 1(PTTG1) and its binding factor PBF play an important role in tumor development and invasion. They are regarded as tumor prognostic indicators. In recent years, many reports show that PTTG1 and PBF are also involve in the inflammatory skin diseases and skin cancers. The update of PTTG1 and PBF in dermatology is reviewed in this article.
