银屑病关节炎TNF-α抑制剂治疗后发生Castleman病一例并文献复习

摘要： Castleman病是一种罕见的血液系统疾病，国外既往有2篇报道银屑病合并银屑病关节炎患者使用TNF-α治疗后出现Castleman病的病例，目前国内尚无类似报道。本例患者银屑病病史26年，关节炎病史7年，使用TNF-α抑制剂治疗6年后发生Castleman病，提示此类患者长期应用TNF-α抑制剂后应警惕Castleman病。

Abstract: Castleman disease is a rare hematologic disorder. Two previous cases have been reported abroad in patients with psoriasis complicated by psoriatic arthritis who developed Castleman disease after treatment with TNF-α inhibitors; however, no similar cases have been reported in China to date. In this case, the patient had a 26-year history of psoriasis and a 7-year history of arthritis, and developed Castleman disease after 6 years of treatment with a TNF-α inhibitor. This suggests that such patients should be vigilant about the development of Castleman disease following long-term use of TNF-α inhibitors.
