Erythrodermic psoriasis induced by discontinuation of TNF-α inhibitor in psoriasis: a case report

Abstract: A 31-year-old male presented with systemic squamous plaque for 5 years. After receiving tumor necrosis factor inhibitor treatment for 8 months, the rash recurred. Two weeks after drug withdrawal, erythema, papules, scales and fever were relapse. The diagnosis of rythrodermic psoriasis was made, and the skin lesions subsided after a week of treatment with IL-17A antagonist.
