Abstract: We report a patient with localized granulomatous sporotrichosis on the face. Dermatological examination showed a 3 cm×2.5 cm oval infiltrative erythema and plaque on the right side of the face, surrounded by a halo, with a clear boundary. Mungbean size nodules were seen at the edge of the plaque, and the central part was decomposed and exudated, with yellow eschar attached. A large number of spores and hyphae were observed under the fungal microscope. After 3 months of treatment with itraconazole, oral potassium iodide solution, and topical naphtifenidone conazole cream, the skin lesions recovered well.
