Update of itraconazole against angiogenesis

Abstract: Itraconazole (ITZ) is a widely used triazole antifungal drug. The inhibitory effect of itraconazole on microvascular and lymphatic tumour cells angiogenesis has widely been reported in recent years. The update of itraconazole on anti-tumor angiogenesis is presented in this article.
