Abstract: A 63-year-old female patient presented with pain in the right neck, chest, and back for 1 week, along with scattered red plaques on the right neck and breast swelling for 3 days. She was initially diagnosed with herpes zoster and given antiviral treatment, but her symptoms did not improve and the breast swelling worsened. The carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) was 207 ng/mL and CA724 was 8.87 U/mL; the pathology was consistent with metastatic carcinoma. The patient had a 3-year history of occult breast cancer. Based on the patient's medical history, clinical manifestations, and auxiliary examinations, the diagnosis was cutaneous metastatic carcinoma of breast origin. The patient did not receive further treatment and died 4 months later.
