Abstract: Nail psoriasis (NP) is a nail disorder caused by psoriasis involving the nail bed and nail matrix. NP is significantly associated with joint damage, reduced quality of life, and an increased risk of cardiovascular events, posing substantial therapeutic challenges. This paper reviews recent advances in the systemic pharmacotherapy of NP—including conventional agents, biologics, and small-molecule targeted drugs，focuses on the evidence of efficacy and safety， and prospects the trend of personalized therapy.
