Update of paradoxical reactions induced by commonly used biological agents in psoriasis

Abstract: At present, psoriasis biological preparations mainly include TNF-α inhibitors, IL-12/23 inhibitors, IL-23 inhibitors and IL-17 inhibitors, etc., which are used in the treatment of psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease. It is called paradoxical reactions. And other indications may appear or aggravate during treatment. This review elaborates the main paradoxical reactions induced by commonly used biological agents for psoriasis at home and abroad, and provides a basis for clinicians to more rationally apply biological agents and regulate the induced paradoxical reactions.
