Different cell death patterns own diverse mechanisms and have different effects on psoriasis. Aberrant apoptosis is involved in epidermal dyskeratosis of psoriasis, while necroptosis and other related cell death manners affect the inflammatory state of psoriasis. This review focus on the recent progress on the relationship between psoriasis and different modes of regulated cell death.
