Abstract: Related randomized controlled clinical trails from MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane library, SinoMed, CNKI and wanfang database were searched from Jan 1, 1974 to July 1, 2018. The efficacy and tolerability of different cyclosporine administration protocols for maintenance treatment of psoriasis were evaluated. Nine randomized clinical control trails were reviewed. Generally, cyclosporine was effective and safe for treating psoriasis in all papers. Of nine papers, two reported continuous regimen of cyclosporine was safe within 24 weeks and two reported intermittent treatment was more effective and safe than continuous regimen.
