Adult-onset Still's disease with flagellate erythema: a case report

Abstract: A 42-year-old female presented with rash all over her body and fever for more than one month. Dermatological examination showed flagellate erythema and edematous erythema. Pathology showed scattered dyskeratotic cells in the upper part of the epidermis. The diagnosis of adult-onset Still's disease was made. The patient improved after systemic treatment with glucocorticoids.
