Squamous cell carcinoma secondary to Bowen's disease: a case report

Abstract: A 71-year-old female presented with skin hyperplasia on the left back for 5 years and a superfical papule for half a year. The dermatoscope of the lesions indicated Bowen's disease and squamous cell carcinoma respectively. Combined with histopathological examination, the diagnosis of highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma secondary to Bowen's disease was made. The lesion was removed with no recurrence after one year follow-up.
