摘要： 皮肤作为人体最大的器官，其健康状态受到多种细胞的共同影响，其中成纤维细胞扮演着至关重要的角色。本文综述了成纤维细胞在皮肤疾病中的功能，涵盖其在纤维化、免疫调控、肿瘤发展、色素调节、毛囊发育及皮肤衰老中的作用。此外，本文还探讨了以成纤维细胞为靶点的治疗策略，为皮肤病的临床治疗提供新的视角。

Abstract: As the largest organ of the body, the health status of the skin is influenced by a variety of cells, among which fibroblasts play an extremely important role. This paper summarizes the functions of fibroblasts in skin diseases, covering their roles in fibrosis, immune regulation, tumor development, pigmentation, hair follicle development, and skin aging. In addition, this paper also explores therapeutic strategies targeting fibroblasts to provide new perspectives for the clinical treatment of skin diseases.
