Two Cases of Solar Urticaria and Literature Review

Abstract: Two young men presented with erythema and itchiness on the face, neck and upper limbs after sun exposure. MED test was performed, erythema and wind clumps were found at the test site within 30 minutes, and they were diagnosed as solar urticaria. Based on the literature review, this paper summarized the pathogenesis of solar urticaria and current new treatment advances, and pointed out new choices for the treatment of this disease.
