Abstract: The efficacy of biological agents in the treatment of psoriasis has been generally recognized, but some patients still have poor response to biological agents, which can occur in the initial stage of biological agents, or in the middle and late stages of therapy with biologic agents. It is suggested that the individual difference of patients is one of the factors affecting the efficacy of biological agents. In this paper, the factors affecting the efficacy of biological agents in patients with psoriasis and the corresponding treatment strategies were summarized to provide a basis for the selection of biological agents and the adjustment of treatment regimen.
