Cutaneous pseudolymphoma with nodules and ulcers: a case report

Abstract: A 6-year-old girl presented with tubercle on the left thumb with ulceration for more than 1 month. Dermatology showed a solitary circular nodule with a diameter of about 1.5 cm at the medial margin of the left thumb, with ulceration and exudation in the center, slightly raised in the surrounding ring, and brown scab attached locally with slightly hard texture and tenderness. The patient was diagnosed as pseudolymphoma by histopathology and immunohistochemistry.
